Raydium Bots

Raydium is an automated market maker (AMM) built on the Solana blockchain, enabling lightning-fast trades, permission-less pool creation, and innovative features for yield generation. Since its inception in 2021, Raydium has been a cornerstone of liquidity within the Solana ecosystem, distinguishing itself as the first and most widely distributed AMM on the network.

Raydium offers two primary types of liquidity pools:

  • Concentrated Liquidity Pools (CLMM): These pools allow liquidity providers to allocate funds within specific price ranges, enhancing capital efficiency by concentrating liquidity where it's most needed. This approach is ideal for less volatile assets or advanced users seeking granular control over their liquidity strategies.

  • Constant Product Pools (CP): Operating on the x*y=k formula, these pools provide a straightforward method for liquidity provision and price discovery. They are versatile and have been widely used since 2021 for various token launches. Raydium offers two versions:

    • Constant Product Market Maker (CPMM): The latest iteration, compatible with Token 22 and supporting multiple fee configurations.

    • AMMv4: A legacy version, previously integrating with central limit order books like Serum and OpenBook, now functioning as a traditional AMM.
